This upcycled bag has it all. You can carry it in different ways: as a handbag, as a shoulder bag with short leather handles or with a long shoulder strap. It is big enough for all your everyday essentials and small purchases. No VAT shown on the invoice (§ 19 UStG). 
The bag is upcycled from various materials: real hair plush (an inheritance from an upholsterer), a red curtain fabric from the 1960s, dark blue jeans and cream-colored leather from a car manufacturer in my region. The different materials give the bag its unique look. You can attach the straps or handles to the D-rings that are riveted to the bag as you wish. You can see the carrying variations in the pictures. I also made the leather handles for the bag from the same leather. They are comfortable to wear and have a great feel. The pockets on the outside of the jeans are used to store small items that need to be quickly to hand. One of the slit pockets has a small leather latch with a buckle.
There is a slit pocket and a zipped pocket inside the pocket. A small leather zipper extender dangles from the zipper.


The lining is also made from the red curtain fabric. The riveted D-rings on the narrow sides of the bag form the suspension for carrying over the shoulder. The long shoulder strap is made of cotton and is individually adjustable in length. This means you can also carry the bag cross-body. The strap is 3 cm/ 1.2'' wide. A narrow leather strap with a carabiner is a great help if you attach your key ring to it. The body of the bag is reinforced with absorbent cotton fleece and the bottom with a bend-resistant fleece.
